Biografie

Nathalie Tocci is Professor of Practice at Johns Hopkins SAIS Europe and a Senior Fellow at Bocconi University’s Institute for European Policymaking. She previously directed the Istituto Affari Internazionali in Rome and served as special adviser to the EU High Representatives Federica Mogherini and Josep Borrell, for whom she drafted the EU Global Strategy. Her work covers European foreign and security policy, enlargement, transatlantic relations and the energy transition. She is a Guardian columnist and an honorary professor at the University of Tübingen.
